• A gift voucher must be provided at the time of booking to secure your booking. Failure to produce a voucher or reference number will require payment.
• Your gift voucher must be presented at reception when you come in for your treatment. 
• Your gift voucher is precious currency, any lost vouchers will not be the responsibility of Urban Vogue. 
• Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash, returned for a refund, have their balances consolidated to a new gift voucher, or be replaced after expiry and are not legal tender, credit or debit cards. 
• Gift vouchers are valid for three years from the Date of Issue. After the gift voucher has expired, it is no longer valid. All transactions will be declined. 
• Unused value will not be refunded and will become the property of Urban Vogue Day Spa.
• If you have chosen a treatment voucher, we guarantee the treatment price for 12 months. After 12 months the voucher reverts to a monetary value equivalent to the purchase price for the remaining 2 years. 
• Lost, stolen or destroyed gift vouchers cannot be refunded or replaced. 
• If you cancel with less than 48 hours notice you will lose your 50% deposit. 
• Last-minute cancellations will be considered as No Shows in which we exercise the right to charge 100% of the proposed booking cost if this is not adhered too.
• If you are running late you will have your treatment time shortened to avoid inconveniencing the client that has a booking after you.

We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
