Should Sunscreen be in my daily skincare routine?

Should Sunscreen be in my daily skincare routine?

The short answer, yes.

Roughly 90 percent of environmental aging is caused by solar radiation. The sun will accelerate the aging process faster than any other possible environmental factor. It's so important to cover up every time we go into the sun and always wear good quality sunscreen!

There are a lot of sunscreens on the market and finding one to use daily that won't break out your skin can be a bit of trial and error, Zinc Oxide is a key ingredient I recommend in a good sunscreen - it's the only sunscreen that effectively protects from both UVA and UVB rays. It also calms down sensitive skin - be sure to look out for Zinc Oxide when searching for a daily sunscreen (and don’t be fooled, it needs to be at the top of your ingredient list!)

The Kind Sunscreen is a trusted brand at Urban Vogue, it’s Australian owned and made, Reef and ocean-friendly, safe for nursing mothers, vegan and cruelty-free and has all-natural zinc formula with Zinc Oxide at the top of the ingredient list (195mg/g) - it ticks all the boxes!

If you haven't already, this is your sign to add sunscreen into your daily skincare routine.
